SimoyNorte Private Resort is a small private-resort compound in Purok 4, Barangay Beneg, Botolan, Zambales, about a five-minute walk from the beach. Its modern, nature-inspired cabins work for couples, families, barkadas, and groups that prefer an exclusive-use setting with shared outdoor facilities.
The property offers four accommodation styles. Balay Batanes is designed for two guests; Balay Bulacan accommodates three to four; the Balay Banaue barkada cabins accommodate up to four guests per unit; and the two-bedroom Balay Botolan accommodates up to eight guests with a living area, dining space, mini-kitchen, and roof deck. Cabins include air conditioning, private bathrooms, smart televisions, and Wi-Fi.
Shared facilities include a 20-square-meter dip pool, an outdoor kitchen with dining essentials, a spacious al-fresco dining area with sound system, grilling space, landscaped garden, mini billiards, chess, Jenga, darts, and parking. The resort is pet-friendly. Karaoke and e-bike rentals are optional paid extras; outside food and drinks are allowed without corkage, while a one-time cooking fee may apply.
Individual-cabin regular rates start at ₱3,000 per night for Balay Batanes. Exclusive-use packages are also listed for groups of 20 to 35 guests.
