DrawingTayo is a Filipino group trip planning platform designed to help barkadas, families, organizations, and teams organize outings, compare resort options, and collect group preferences in a more structured way.
Platform Use
DrawingTayo provides collaborative planning tools intended to assist users in organizing trips, comparing venues, gathering responses, and simplifying group coordination.
The platform may include planning boards, trip collaboration links, listing pages, resort discovery tools, venue recommendations, and educational planning content.
Service Availability
We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of the platform at any time without prior notice. While we aim to maintain reliable service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Planning Purpose Only
DrawingTayo is intended to support planning and coordination. We do not directly operate resorts, accommodations, transportation services, or event venues unless explicitly stated.
Shared Planning & Collaboration
DrawingTayo allows users to create and share private planning links with friends, relatives, coworkers, and other participants.
- Shared links should only be distributed to intended participants.
- Trip organizers are responsible for managing access to their planning boards.
- Users should avoid posting confidential or highly sensitive information inside planning boards.
- Participants are responsible for verifying dates, pricing, schedules, and arrangements before making commitments.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to planning boards that violate these Terms and Conditions or create security, spam, or abuse concerns.
Resort Listings & Establishment Information
DrawingTayo may display listings, descriptions, amenities, pricing estimates, availability details, images, and other information related to resorts or establishments.
While we strive to keep information accurate and updated, we cannot guarantee that all listing information will always remain complete, current, or error-free.

Age Requirement
DrawingTayo is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We do not knowingly allow individuals under this age to create trip boards or submit personal information. This is consistent with our Privacy Policy, which states our Services are intended for adults only.
Minors may still appear as participants within a group trip (for example, as part of a family reunion) if added and supervised by an adult organizer. The organizer remains responsible for any information entered on their behalf.
Intellectual Property
The DrawingTayo name, logo, website design, planning board interface, and underlying software are owned by DrawingTayo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you submit to a planning board (such as trip details, preferences, or messages). By submitting content, you grant DrawingTayo a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the planning features you use.
Listing content
Resort and establishment listings, including photos and descriptions, may be owned by the respective business or sourced from publicly available information. DrawingTayo does not claim ownership over third-party business content displayed on the platform.
Third-Party Services & Links
DrawingTayo may contain links to third-party websites, booking pages, maps, social media platforms, or external services.
These external platforms operate independently from DrawingTayo. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, pricing, booking procedures, or data practices.
Users should review the terms, privacy policies, and booking conditions of third-party services before engaging with them.
Limitation of Liability
DrawingTayo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrawingTayo and its operators shall not be liable for:

Termination

You may stop using DrawingTayo at any time. If you wish to delete your trip data or account, you can do so from your trip board or by contacting us at support@drawingtayo.com.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue to apply after your access ends.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
