Rafero Hotel and Villas offers accommodations suitable for 2 to 18 guests, depending on the room or villa selected, making it ideal for couples, families, and small to medium-sized groups.
To help guests enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, Rafero Hotel and Villas observes several important house policies. Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, while check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated depending on availability.
A ₱5,000 reservation fee per night is required to secure bookings, with full payment due on or before the scheduled stay. Cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies vary depending on how close the cancellation is to the arrival date, so guests are encouraged to review the resort’s reservation terms before confirming their booking.
Children 7 years old and below may stay free of charge (up to three children) provided no additional beds or rooms are required. Guests 8 years old and above are counted toward the maximum occupancy.
The resort maintains quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM, and guests using videoke or portable speakers are expected to keep the volume at a respectful level to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Guests may bring cooked food without corkage fees. Cooking is also permitted for an additional LPG usage fee (₱250 per night for villas and ₱100 per night for poolside bedrooms).
For everyone’s safety, swimming is at guests’ own risk as no lifeguards are on duty. Children must always be supervised by responsible adults while using the swimming pool.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, villas, and pool areas. Designated smoking areas are available within the property.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of resort facilities, furniture, appliances, and equipment during their stay. The management also reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate stays for guests who violate resort policies or disturb other visitors.
