How to share your link.
Follow these steps to send your private planning link to your group. It only takes a minute.

Create your trip first
Go to app.drawingtayo.com and set up your trip. Fill in your group size, destination, and budget range. Your private planning link is generated automatically once the trip is created.

Open your trip board
After creating your trip, you'll be taken to your trip board. This is where you manage everything — resort options, group responses, and your private link. Look for the Private Planning Link section near the top of the board.

Copy your private link
Click the "Copy Link" button next to your unique trip URL. The link is automatically copied to your clipboard. It looks something like:
app.drawingtayo.com/trip/your-trip-name-xxxx
This link is private. Only people who receive it can open your trip plan. It's not listed or searchable publicly.

Paste it into your group chat
Paste the link into your Viber group, Messenger thread, Telegram, or wherever your group talks. No special message needed — just drop the link and ask everyone to fill in their details.
Tip: Try sending a short message like: "Guys, fill this in para makapag-plan na tayo! I-click lang ang link 🙏"

Watch responses come in
Your group members open the link and fill in their available dates, budget range, and preferences — no account or app download needed. Back on your trip board, you'll see each person's response as they come in.
You can re-share the link anytime — to remind people who haven't responded yet, or to add new members to the trip.

Good to know.
No. Anyone who receives your private link can open it and fill in their responses without signing up or downloading anything. Only the trip organizer needs an account.
No. Your trip link is private and not indexed publicly. Only people you personally share the link with can access your trip plan.
No problem. The link stays active as long as your trip is active. You can re-share it to remind people who haven't responded, or to add new members to the group plan. Existing responses are preserved.
On your trip board, you can see who has submitted a response. Link open tracking may vary depending on your plan. Submitted responses are always visible.
You can close your trip at any time to stop accepting responses. If you need a new link, you can create a new trip. For help with trip settings, contact our support team.
