Once your listing is live, you can claim ownership and begin the verification process. If your resort already appears on DrawingTayo but you haven't claimed it, reach out to us to take ownership.
The typical review takes 3 to 5 business days from when we receive your complete listing information. If we need to follow up on specific details or request photos, the timeline may extend slightly. We'll notify you by the contact method on your listing once the review is complete and your badge has been applied.
No. Verification is free. DrawingTayo does not charge resort owners for listing, verification, or receiving group inquiries. We don't take a commission on bookings. Our model is built around connecting group organizers with quality resorts, not on charging resorts fees to appear.
Yes. If we receive reports from organizers that a verified resort's information is inaccurate, the resort is unresponsive to inquiries, or the listing no longer reflects the actual property, we may remove the verified status. We'll contact the resort owner first to resolve the issue before removing the badge. Resorts can re-apply for verification once the issue is corrected.
