Is there a fee to receive leads through DrawingTayo?+
A basic listing on DrawingTayo is free. Verified resorts — which receive lead notifications and appear higher in group searches — are part of the Verified Resort program. There is no commission or transaction fee taken from your bookings. The connection is made through DrawingTayo, but the booking happens directly between your resort and the organizer.
What information does a lead include?+
A lead notification includes the group's headcount, estimated budget per person, preferred location, type of outing (barkada, family, company, etc.), specific amenities they need (pool, function room, grill, etc.), and their preferred date range if available. This is collected directly from group members — so it reflects their actual preferences, not just the organizer's guess.
How do I respond to a lead?+
When a lead comes in, you'll receive the organizer's contact details directly. You respond through your normal channels — messaging, email, or phone. You send your offer, availability, and pricing, and the organizer sees your response on their DrawingTayo planning board. The faster you respond, the stronger your position against the other resorts on their shortlist.
Do I need to be verified to receive leads?+
Unverified resorts can still appear in manual searches and be added to a trip board by organizers. However, only Verified Resorts receive proactive lead notifications when a group's criteria match your listing. Verification also adds a trust badge to your profile, which helps groups feel confident about reaching out.
Can I control which types of leads I receive?+
Yes. Verified resorts can set their group capacity range, preferred booking types (day tour, overnight, or both), and highlighted amenities on their listing. This helps DrawingTayo match your resort to groups that are a realistic fit — so you're not fielding inquiries from 80-person groups if your resort comfortably fits 20.
What's the difference between a lead and a booking?+
A lead is a group actively considering your resort as part of their trip planning — they've shortlisted you, but haven't committed yet. A booking happens when you and the organizer agree on terms, rates, and dates, which is handled directly between you. DrawingTayo facilitates the introduction and helps organizers compare options, but the booking confirmation is yours to close.
